“Every year, ESB attracts an increasing number of overseas visitors, especially from China. As a well-known romantic landmark, our open-air Observatory is a dream location for any couple to exchange their vows. It is our honor to play such an important role in their special day,” said Jean-Yves Ghazi, Senior Vice President, Empire State Building Observatory.

The winning couple must be Chinese citizens and of legal age to marry in China. All couples must have a valid New York State marriage permit at the time of the wedding ceremony to participate.
